Welcome to Ryan Property Services we are a small West London Based company established over 15 years ago by my father.I have taken over now but he still plays a big part in the running and work we do. Our reputation has built over the years and we can supply you references.

Who are we?
Ryan Property Services is a company based in West London that aims at providing a reliable, affordable and professional handyman (and woman) service to residential and commercial customers.

What do we do?
Our full time handymen take care of small jobs around the home and office, including a wide range of maintenance and repairs. These generally involve basic carpentry, plumbing, decorating and electrical skills.

Why do we do it?
•We believe that a large proportion of home/business owners in London lack the time, skills or inclination to keep on top of the many odd jobs that crop up each month
•We believe that many specialist carpenters, plumbers, decorators, electricians and other tradesmen often only wish to take care of “well paying” problems in their specific trade and are less helpful in taking care of the smaller jobs or in multi-trading
•We believe that maintenance and repair tradesmen in this country (and in general) are not held in high regard: they are seen as being unpunctual despite requiring the customer to wait in all day; they are also seen as being extremely expensive

There is therefore high demand for a reliable, punctual service that can take care of a variety of small jobs at a rate less than that of a specialist tradesman.
